Reno Heart and Vascular Institute is a comprehensive cardiology and vascular care center serving Reno, Sparks, Carson City and Northern Nevada. Led by board-certified cardiologists Dr. Devang Desai, Dr. Joseph Stevenson, and Dr. Thomas Nylk, our team provides advanced diagnostics, minimally invasive procedures, and ongoing cardiac care — all from our Longley Lane location as well as our new Carson City Location.

From routine screenings to advanced structural heart procedures, we treat the full range of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, atrial fibrillation, heart failure, structural heart disease and peripheral vascular disease. Our in-house imaging includes Cardiac PET CT, SPECT, Vascular doppler and Echocardiography.
